just came back from clement tan's wedding dinner.
it was at le meredian ( however it's spelled ) hotel.
it was a simple yet sweet ceremony.
i sincerely wish them all the best for their marriage.

and some other track and field ppl.
all dressed to the event and really looked great, i must say.
hahah.
not like sloppy and all.
many teachers went, including ms choo.
ms low \ mrs quek \ ms susan lim and mainly the pe and math and science department teachers went.
oh oh !
chen lao shi ( chensiewmei \ chenyoumeng ) went.
ramesh \ alan ho \ elaine lim \ victer tay \ ang tze wei \ colin phee and super loads more turned up.
they looked so much better than their usual attire man.
hahah.
at first, we went too early lah.
we were darn hell bored cos had nothing to do, you see.
then we just stood ard and chat.
hahah.
talked really loads.
also, in the meantime, we were looking out for teachers.
lol.
to see wht they wear and all.
the dinner started really late.
say, 2045 hours like tht ?
yeah.
ended at 2330 hours.
had eight dishes in all.
the five of us almost died eating them cos only the few of us were at one table.
the trackers were seated on the other.
we had - shark's fin soup \ scallops \ prawns \ fish \ chicken \ lotus rice \ yam ( dessert )
very sumpteous.
it was a great dinner !
enjoyed it.

at the beginning, it was really entertaining cos we got to watch the video whereby clementtan went to pick up the bride and all, the whole process.
darn funny.

he had to sing a song before being allowed into the house.
as it wasnt put on sound, it was as though he was like a mad person singing to himself.

shortly after tht, the dinner FINALLY started.

long-awaited, really.
while having the first dish - cold plate, a video on their love story was screened.
darn SWEET !

it showed their young kiddy pictures and how they met each other.
oh man !
the process of them meeting each other was so SWEET !
and during the video, the song sung by jerry yan - zuo ge hao qing ren.. tht one was played.
the song added loads of emotions to the video.
it made the already sweet video even sweeter.

anyway, the part when it was abt how they knw each other and all was animated.
so creative !

so yeah.
in between, we suddenly heard some old uncles cheers-ing among themselves.
it's like so fucking loud.

then the sngs teachers also went to yum-seng.

chenyoumeng was DARN loud !
he kept yum yum yum yum yum yum YUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMM..
like not lame lah.

tht was sort of expected lah.
cos he likes singing so we expected at least a song from him.
he sang really straight from his heart to his wife.
tht was sweet of him !

the mc asked four throwers out and pretended as his wife and made him guess who is actually his wife by touching their right hand as his wife's left hand was wearing the wedding ring.
the first was tasha then melissa then estee then shuwei.
when it was shuwei's turn, the mc faked him tht it's the last and he got taken in and nodded his head tht shuwei's his wife.
oh man !
wht a terrible mistake !

anyhow, the dinner was just eating and eating and EATING.
danfong and myra cracked lame jokes.
